How do I use my Naturealm products?

Mushroom Extract Powders

We recommend starting with one serving, 1 gram (appx. 1 tsp), of our mushroom extract powders, and you can adjust your dosing as needed. You can mix into any beverage or recipe of your choosing. 

Mushroom Extract Capsules

For Naturealm capsules, start with the serving size of 3 capsules (approx. 1 gram), and adjust your dosage as needed. 

Mushroom Dual-Extract Tinctures

Our Naturealm Mushroom Dual-Extract Tinctures can be added to beverages, food or taken sublingually. Start with a serving size of 2 droppers (approx. 2 ml), and adjust your dosage as needed.

Where do your mushrooms come from?

Mushroom Extract Powders & Capsules

The mushrooms for our extract powders and capsules are grown on a farm in China by one of the country's most qualified growers. 

We're proud to partner with and benefit from their extensive mycology background that spans science and ancestry. 

Mushroom Dual-Extracts

The mushrooms for our Chaga Mushroom Dual-Extract are wild-harvested in Alaska.

The mushrooms for our Lion's Mane Mushroom Dual-Extract and Reishi Mushroom Dual-Extract are grown on a small family farm in California.

Are there added ingredients in your Sacred 7 Mushroom Extract Powder?

No, there are no additives, fillers, or additional ingredients in our Sacred 7 Mushroom Extract Powder and Capsules. It is 100% fruiting body mushrooms: chaga, cordyceps, lion's mane, maitake, reishi, shiitake, and turkey tail.

Mushrooms contain naturally occurring compounds called terpenes which have a naturally rich smell when combined in Sacred 7. This is what high-quality, care-grown 100% fruiting bodies smell like. Please feel free to request a certificate of analysis.

What types of third-party testing do you do on your products?

We test our products for micros, pathogens, heavy metals, and pesticides. These are FDA-standard tests that confirm our products are safe for consumption. Please contact customer service and they can provide the test results for your product.

What extraction ratios and processes are used in your products?

Mushroom Extract Powders and Capsules

Our mushrooms undergo a 1:1 steam extraction.

The water used is purified with an ultra-filtration system. 

Mushroom Dual-Extract Tinctures

Our tinctures utilize a dual extraction process of hot water and alcohol. Their menstruum ratio is 1:5.

These processes ensure that the active constituents in the mushrooms become bioavailable. The resulting extracts are much higher in compounds like beta-glucans, triterpenes, and other powerful mycocompounds.

Why don't your products list the percentage of beta-glucans?

Since mushrooms are an organic material, the beta-glucan content is different from crop to crop and mushroom to mushroom; therefore we would have to update the beta-glucan content on every production run in order to remain FDA-compliant, which is not feasible at scale.

Our Sacred 7 Mushroom Powders & Capsules normally test between 25 - 35% beta-glucan content.

How should I store my mushroom supplements?

Our products should be stored in a dark, cool, and dry environment, such as a pantry, or cupboard. Refrigeration is not necessary.

Can I give Sacred 7 Mushroom Extract Powder to my pets?

Absolutely! Mushrooms aren't only good for people. Dogs and cats can greatly benefit from mushroom supplements in some of the same ways people can. Our best canine and feline friends deserve a boost, too!

We recommend about 1/8th teaspoon of Sacred 7 Mushroom Extract Powder, added to food, for small pets. For medium and large dogs and cats, scale up accordingly. Just be sure to double-check with your veterinarian first.

The minimum order requirement is on the subtotal of the order after any promo codes have been applied.

Our current shipping rates for non-subscription orders under $75.00 are:

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can often be changed or canceled if they haven't been processed or shipped. Contact customer service  ( immediately if you need to make changes.

When will I receive my order?

We strive to process orders as soon as possible. Order processing times can vary, but we generally process orders within 1-2 business days. This does not include shipping time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on our website or the carrier's website to track your order.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If your order is lost in transit, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Contact customer service immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible! 

Can I place an order as a gift for someone else?

Absolutely! You can ship products directly to someone else. Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address during checkout.
